En esta publicación se narran las experiencias de dos ex dirigentes universitarios de la U.C.V, de sede en Valparaíso, sobre sus demandas estudiantiles y su posterior detención por parte de la CNI. Así, en estos testimonios, las víctimas hablan sobre su encarcelamiento y posterior tortura, denunciando los brutales métodos de los agentes. Con todo, ambos estudiantes dejan sus testimonios con el fin de demandar su libertad, y el de dar a conocer, la terrible realidad del penal porteño en la cual estuvieron recluidos.
